We are currently looking for a motivated Working Student HR (f/m/d) to support us with our HR activities. The position entails approximately 15-20 hours per week and is located in Hamburg.

What we want you to achieve

  • You take over administrative HR tasks with topics ranging from relocation, onboarding to employment contracts
  • You support the hiring process of different vacancies ensuring a great candidate journey by posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, ensuring follow-ups, etc.
  • You support our HR projects

What we want you to contribute

  • You are currently enrolled as student, for instance studying business administration, psychology, communication, or a similar field – ideally focusing on HR, but this is not required
  • First HR or recruiting touch points through an internship or a working student position would be beneficial
  • You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and known for your organizational strength
  • You take over responsibility for your tasks with high detail- and quality-orientation
  • You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
