We are currently looking for a motivated Office 365 Support and Productivity Specialist (f/m/d) to support our employees and clients to get the best out of the accessible tools and technologies. The position is part-time (20 – 30 hours / week) and located in Hamburg.

 

What we want you to achieve

  • Ensure that we understand and leverage our existing software infrastructure as the best-in-class among consulting companies
  • Stay up to date on documentation and new features for asana, Office365, Azure Active Directory, LastPass enterprise, Intune, Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS to help our teams get the most out of it
  • Be the first point of contact for complex IT questions and either solve them by yourself or coordinate support and engineer communication on the vendor side
  • Make new productivity hacks accessible to our employees and ensure that they learn and apply them
  • Circle through teams to understand productivity issues / pain points and come up with creative solutions to solve them
  • Work with the managing directors to determine which productivity topics are marketable and relevant for external clients as well

 

What we want you to contribute

  • You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own technical know-how daily
  • You are passionate about new technologies / tools and how to make them work best, for instance by being a highly interested reader of computer magazines or blogs
  • You are willing to share your knowledge and to patiently explain tech hacks to your colleagues to make their work easier
  • You are fascinated about increasing productivity by using the best tools in the right way
  • You were previously in charge of or mainly conceptualized cloud-based productivity solutions such as an Office365 or a Google Apps rollout in an organization with more than 20 employees
  • You have regularly worked with support engineers to solve complex technical problems
