Finc3 Marketing Services – one of our companies with CRM, BI and Analytics experts – is currently looking for a motivated CRM Manager – B2B (f/m/d) to support our customers professionalizing their sales activities through smart CRM tools and processes. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

What we want you to achieve

  • You become main contact person for our B2B clients such as B2B service provider, SaaS and consulting companies
  • You ensure that our B2B customers set up best-in-class Customer Relationship Management solutions and by this, you support them to professionalize their sales activities
  • You set up and optimize the whole CRM process from looking for the right tool, to implementation, development of all relevant processes as well as optimization
  • You successfully take over lead management and support our clients with implementing processes for lead qualification, scoring techniques and data modelling
  • You take over training of the CRM teams of our clients and solve their pain points so they can work most efficiently with their CRM solution
  • You successfully support our clients in setting up their lead nurturing and marketing automation in general
  • Main tools you will be working with are HubSpot and Pipedrive, so that you will continuously become an expert of these tools

What we want you to contribute

  • You are fascinated about increasing sales success of our customers through process automation and digitization of the sales funnel
  • You ideally look back at first experiences in the fields of CRM or Sales
  • Previous experience with Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive would be beneficial
  • You are highly analytical and it is natural for you to think in data models
  • You enjoy understanding, developing and optimizing complex processes
  • You possess solid Excel know-how
  • You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Having a good understanding of the sales funnel and sales processes in general would be a plus
  • A basic understanding of lead research or performance marketing would help you to make better recommendations for our clients, but this is something we also gladly teach you
