Finc3 Commerce – one of our companies with specialists in e-commerce, marketplace and Amazon management – is currently looking for a motivated technical BI Account Manager (f/m/d) to help us grow our client portfolio for our internally developed business intelligence SaaS solution. The position can be filled in full-time or part-time (80%) and is located in Hamburg.

What we want you to achieve

  • You take over complete responsibility to build up and take over our client-related processes and activities
  • As the primary point of contact, you take over responsibility of all client-related matters
  • In cooperation with the clients, you identify the best solution for their business problems
  • You translate client business problems into technical requirements
  • You manage the projects in close collaboration with the BI and software team, and doing so ensure the success of the projects

What we want you to contribute

  • You have at least two years of experience in a technical Account Manager or Business Analyst role
  • You have experience with planning and implementing business intelligence solutions. Microsoft Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • You have a good technical understanding of data and BI related topics
  • You are experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs
  • You have great listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
