Finc3 Commerce – one of our companies with specialists in e-commerce, marketplace and Amazon management – is currently looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to help us grow our client portfolio for our internally developed Business Intelligence SaaS solution. The position can be filled in full-time or part-time (80%) and is located in Hamburg.

What we want you to achieve

  • You take over complete responsibility to build up and take over our client related processes and activities
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for all customer related matters
  • You hold the first client calls and introduce them to our product
  • You create and conduct presentations for the clients to help them understand how our BI solution can help improve their business performance substantially
  • You work closely with the software developers and product managers to establish our structure as well as to include the clients’ feedback continuously in the product development
  • You produce tutorials presenting our new product features so that our clients are up to date about our newly released solutions and use our tool in the best possible way

What we want you to contribute

  • You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
  • You possess at least one to two years of experience at a SaaS company in a customer-related role, such as an Account Manager, CRM Manager, or Sales Manager
  • You get excited by being able to set up the customer processes of a successful SaaS solution and to fill that scope with your own ideas
  • You are experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs
  • You have great listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
