  • Plan and oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Outbrain, Quora Ads etc.) for a portfolio of diverse clients
  • Opportunity to either lead a team of marketing professionals or to independently drive high-end marketing frameworks with own client portfolio
  • Manage complex projects and hold responsibility for delivery of quantifiable results
  • Communicate and manage relationships with senior-management from your client portfolio
  • Analyse performance of marketing campaigns in relation to their goals and implement optimisation efforts based on the results of your analysis
  • Conceptualise customised reporting based on clients’ specific business model and needs
  • Support in the development of more junior colleagues

Personality requirements and skills

Must have:

  • Minimum 3 years proven digital marketing experience with any of Google ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads or other digital marketing platforms
  • A strong understanding of both content marketing and content marketing networks
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills in problem solving and other practical situations
  • Ability to read and draw solid conclusions from data as well as the ability to represent that data in a clear and actionable way
  • Understanding and experience of B2B marketing tactics
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks when needed
  • Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Account Based Marketing
  • Project management and planning experience
  • Content marketing, UX and website AB testing experience
  • CRM and email marketing experience
